Tianjin Yongsheng Valve Fitting Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision casting and advanced machining. Operating a state-of-the-art facility spanning 15 acres, we provide comprehensive, in-house manufacturing solutions from mold design to final product delivery. With a casting capacity ranging from 0.1kg to 3,000kg, we expertly process diverse materials including stainless steel, duplex steel, ductile iron, and aluminum bronze. Backed by over 190 advanced CNC and machining units, we ensure strict dimensional tolerances and superior surface finishes for all valve components. Trusted by global industry leaders such as Crane, Bray, KSB, and Danfoss, we are committed to delivering uncompromising quality, stable performance, and reliable fluid control solutions to clients worldwide.
Established in November 2004, our Tianjin headquarters is strategically located in the Guangming Industrial Zone, Beizhaikou, Jinnan District, covering a building area of 9,000 square meters.
We are a proud subsidiary of Cangzhou Yongsheng Stainless Steel Casting Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1992. Situated in the Zhifangtou Industrial Zone in Cangzhou, the parent facility encompasses a total area of 60 acres with a 20,000 square meter building footprint. This combined strength empowers us to handle every critical manufacturing stage entirely in-house.
Currently, our casting processes include silica sol investment casting and sand casting, providing advanced production and machining capabilities for various valve components.
Our products are exported to countries such as the United States, Germany, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea. Our key partners include U.S. companies Crane and Bray, Suzhou Neway, KSB, Spain's TTV, Tianjin Danfoss, Rotork (Shanghai), and the Beijing Aerospace Department, among others.
