Fully PTFE Lined Valve Body for Acids

Our PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve is a quarter-turn rotary valve that achieves on-off and throttling control of fluid media by rotating the disc 90 degrees. The entire internal wetted surface of the valve—including the valve body, disc, and seat—is fully lined with high-quality PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), a synthetic fluoropolymer renowned for its exceptional chemical inertness, low friction coefficient, and wide temperature adaptability. This full-lining design ensures that no metal components come into direct contact with the process medium, maximizing corrosion protection and preventing medium contamination, while the streamlined disc structure minimizes fluid resistance and improves flow capacity.
